This Privacy Policy describes how the IntelliTabs Chrome extension (the "Extension") handles information. The Extension automatically groups your browser tabs based on rules you configure.
None. The Extension does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal information or usage data. Specifically, the Extension does not collect:
IntelliTabs reads the URL and title of your open tabs locally in your browser to match them against the grouping rules you create. All processing happens on-device using Chrome's built-in tabs and tab-groups APIs. No tab information leaves your browser.
The grouping rules you configure are stored locally in Chrome's extension storage on your device. They are not synced to any external server by the Extension. If you enable Chrome's built-in profile sync, Chrome may sync the settings between your own devices under your Google account — this is handled by Chrome, not by IntelliTabs.
The Extension does not use any third-party analytics services, advertising networks, or remote code. It does not make network requests to any external server.
The Extension requests only the minimum permissions required to read and group tabs (e.g., tabs and tabGroups). These permissions are used solely to organize your tabs and for no other purpose.
Because no data is collected, no data is shared with or sold to any third party.
The Extension does not collect information from anyone, including children under the age of 13.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
For any questions about this Privacy Policy, please contact the developer through the Extension's Chrome Web Store listing.
